Just 30 minutes from downtown Quebec City, Mont-Sainte-Anne features trails for all ability levels. Renowned for its unique expert terrain, Mont-Sainte-Anne has trails like the Black Forest, Les “S” and La Crete for those who enjoy a challenge, along with trails for beginners and intermediate skiers.

Spread over three mountain faces, the terrain offers breathtaking scenery with the St. Lawrence River to the south and the Laurentians to the north. The mountain’s 64 trails cover 450 acres and 42 miles, with a 2,050-ft. vertical drop. At night, skiers will enjoy 17 lighted trails and the highest vertical drop for night skiing in Canada.

Stoneham Mountain Resort is located 20 minutes from historic Québec City. Nestled in a horseshoe shaped valley, which protects the resort from the wind, Stoneham is known for its exhilarating skiing and vibrant après-ski ambiance.

With 32 trails spread over four mountains and a vertical drop of 1,380 feet, Stoneham Mountain Resort caters to every category of skier. For snowboarders, Stoneham has 418 Park, with 16 modules on 1.6 km. At night, Stoneham’s 16 lighted trails represent the largest night skiing network in Canada.

Le Massif boasts the highest vertical drop east of the Canadian Rockies at 2,526 feet. Located in Petite-Riviere-Saint-Francois, Le Massif plunges straight towards the sea with 42 trails awaiting discovery, each revealing a new view of the ships below. Just a short drive from Le Massif is the tourist region of Charlevoix, known for its natural beauty, unique culture and fine cuisine. 25 years have elapsed since Le Massif’s beginnings – back to a time when skiers were bussed to the summit! This season, the entire region proudly celebrates 25 years of pure mountain fun.

Last season, Whistler Blackcomb invested $14.2 million in on-mountain improvements, introduced 1,100 acres of new terrain on Whistler Mountain, unveiled a fully redeveloped Creekside base, hosted the 2005 Snowboard World Championships and launched a Superpipe on Blackcomb Mountain, lit for night skiing and riding.

Whistler Blackcomb now has more than 8,100 skiable acres, 200+ trails, three glaciers, 33 lifts and twelve alpine bowls. When it comes to skiing and riding, Whistler Blackcomb has variety and then some! Choose from steeps, deeps, chutes, high alpine bowls, glades, superb corduroy, long cruisers, and gentle rollers. Riders and skiers will revel in the Parks and Pipes on both mountains, plus natural launch pads, hits, wind-lips, cornices, cliff drops, and ridges - the place is like a huge, natural terrain park!

When you have explored the 8,000 plus acres of terrain on both mountains, head down to the valley and experience Village life. There's plenty to do in Whistler after a day on the slopes.
