Don't
forget that the two best ways to reach Anguilla are via our

Once on St Maarten your option is to take a 20-minute ferry
from the island's French port of Marigot or a 7-minute island
hopper into Wallblake Airport on Anguilla.
American
Eagle Enhances Service Between San Juan & Anguilla. Commencing
December 15, 2005 American will introduce a second flight between
San Juan and Anguilla, three times per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays
and Saturdays). Flight 5120 will depart San Juan at 1:05 pm
and arrive Anguilla at 2:20 pm and then depart Anguilla 2:05
pm arriving San Juan at 4:05 pm. The second American Eagle flight
will leave San Juan at 8:40 pm arrive Anguilla at 9:45 pm and
depart Anguilla the following morning at 8:00 am arriving San
Juan at 9:10 am.
Kú
To Open next month
The 27-suite Kú, a spirited newcomer on Anguilla set
on Shoal! Bay East beach, is set to open October 15, 2005 (formerly
the! Shoal B ay Beach Resort). A project of the same team who
have guided Cap Juluca to its top ranking among Caribbean hotels,
the luxury hybrid features 775-square-foot air-conditioned suites
featuring oceanfront or ocean view balconies, dining and living
rooms with pullout couch, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Ku will feature a beachfront pool, a 75-foot beachfront bar,
boutique, provisions shop, a "petit" spa, gym and
dive center. French-influenced Caribbean cuisine will be featured
in the restaurant, which will be open for continental breakfast,
lunch and dinner. From Oct. 15-Dec. 16, 2005, "Celebration
Opening" daily rates, based on double occupancy per suite,
range from US 35-US 75. From Dec. 17, 2005-March 31, 2006 and
April 1-Dec. 14, 2006, rates range from US 95-US 95 and US 60-US
00, respectively. Two children under the age of 7 are free when
staying in the same suite as their parents. Otherwise, an additional
person in the suite ranges from US 5-US 0 per day, depending!
on the season. A 10% gratuity and 10% accommodation tax are
extra.

Arawak Beach Inn celebrates bachelorettes with a three-night
Hens Night getaway for the soon-to-wed and her ladies
in waiting. The three-night getaway starts at US 99 per person
January 3, 2006 through April 16, 2006 based on two rooms for
a group of four (not including tax and service). The party starts
upon arrival with a six-pack of Carib, the Caribbeans
famous beer, and an assortment of bachelorette paraphernalia---
including a veil, feather boa and disposable camera -- in each
of the oceanfront accommodations. Included is a day excursion
to a secluded, uninhabited island. Boasting a gourmet picnic
lunch and transportation on a powerboat captained by one of
Anguillas most eligible bachelors, this day trip is the
ultimate escape from pre-wedding stress. Since a night out on
the town is what everyone is looking for, Arawak Beach Inn will

a list of! local b ars for partying around the island. One-day
car rental for exploring the island, daily breakfast and roundtrip

JULUCA SETS 2006 GASTRONOMIC CELEBRATION
The monthly event pairs renowned chefs with the worlds
best wines, with dinner personally presented by the chefs and
the winery owners/winemakers. The five day/four night Food and
Wine Lovers Getaway is set for Jan. 3-March 31, 2006, and costs
US ,930-US,505 per couple, depending on accommodations and includes
beachfront accommodations for two; wine and hors doeuvres
on arrival; two gala celebrated chefs dinners for two;
two dinners for two at Cap Julucas Georges, Pimms
or Kemia restaurants or from room service (beverages not included);
half-day snorkeling trip to Little Bay Marine Preserve, including
beverages; one group Tai Chi ! class for two; a gift bottle
of wine; taxi transfers to and from the airport or the ferry;
and 10% tax and 10% service charge for items in the program.

NAMES NEW GM
Covecastles Resort has appointed Candis A. Niles as their new
general manager.
Prior to her appointment, she served as Manager at KoalKeel
Restaurant, one of Anguillas leading fine dining establishments,
and from 1995 to 2004 she was Deputy Director of Tourism for
the Anguilla Tourist Board.
Additionally,
air conditioning has been added to all the propertys guest
bedrooms, providing guests the option to be cooled by the natural

SHERITON ESTATES LAUNCHES NEW VILLAS
Sheriton Estates, located in Anguillas West End, will
launch the first three of seven luxury villas this December.

Villa Mañana, a new two-bedroom luxury villa set on the
sea at Seafeathers Bay will open to guests December 2005. Affording
spectacular views of St. Martin and St. Barts, the newly constructed
villa features an open concept living room, dining room, and
kitchen, decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques and comfortable
sea grass furnishings. The two bedrooms, ensuite with shower,
have ocean views from the doors opening onto the wrap around
verandah. High wooden ceilings, granite counter tops, Mexican
Saltillo tiles and polished stonework by Anguilla craftsmen

Caprice
Restaurant NEW FOR THE WINTER
Caprice Restaurant will open! in December 2005 and join the
ranks of Anguilla's fine dining! offerin gs. Specializing in
Northern Italian cuisine, guests will find many of their favorite
dishes, along with innovative, new creations prepared by Chef
Diego Pasi. Born in Switzerland and trained in Italy (Professional
Institute "Nazzareno" Carpi), Chef Pasi has spent
the past several years working at Ristorante Giardino at Niagra-on-the-Lake,
Canada. The brainchild of Christine Janot (owner of Sebastianos
Restaurant in St. Martin for 30 years) and long time friend,
Henriette Johnson, who both long loved Anguilla and decided,
for fun, and on a bit of a whim, to open an upscale new restaurant
in Anguilla -- this is their Caprice (French for
whimsy). Designed by New York interior designer David Kaplan,
the restaurant will have outstanding views of Maundys
Bay and the mountains of St. Martin.
The
Loblolly Art Gallery
Located in a 100-year-old restored cottage built by a sea captain,
the Loblolly Gallery represents resident artists -- Paula Walden!
, Marge Morani, Iris Lewis, Heather Lewis -- and features visiting
artists who conduct art classes on the island. The winter season
will present a new collection for all the resident artists and
the works of local artist Gina Grell, who will showcase her
decorative pottery. The Haitian art collector Pat Butler will
show her collection of works by such recognized names as Henri-Robert
Bresil, Audes Saul, Jacques-Richard Chery, Tiga, Prosper Pierre-Louis,
Louisianne Saint-Fleurant and Gerard from December 26 - January
6th.
The
Pavillion Hotel Announces New Rates
Overlooking the turquoise blue Caribbean Ocean and lovely St.
Martin, The Pavillion Hotel is the perfect spot for relaxing
and unwinding from your adventures in paradise. Each suite consists
of a full kitchen, dining and living area, a bedroom, and bathroom.
The Penthouse consists of a Jacuzzi, air conditioning, a large

HOUSE VILLA Adds Pool Suite and Fitness ROOM
Eden House Villa and Pool House suite overlooks Little Harbour
Anguilla, with spectacular views of St. Martin and the neighboring
islands. A relatively new comer to the Anguilla villa market,
they have just completed a new self contained, air-conditioned
pool house suite, pool and exercise room for the winter season.
The main house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two-and-a-half
bathrooms, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, library/family
room, living and dining room that open onto a spacious porch.

International Airways
Will now be providing private jet charter service non-stop into
Anguilla from Miami and Atlanta. Their new aircraft, a Citation
II jet, will accommodate 8 passengers and can fly 1550 miles
non-stop. Service begins December 2005.
